Nsight is currently looking for Inside Sales  /Lead Generation Specialist (Information Technology)
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative/Lead Generation Specialist to become part of our team! You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed.

Enhances current sales, identifies prospective new customers. Independently and cooperatively closes prospects, Appointment Setter, Lead generator and Lead optimizer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifies and qualifies prospective customers
Explains products and benefits to customers over the phone
Performs both inbound and outbound calls
Conducts sales promotions for first time buyers
Maintains database of prospective and current customers
Maintains efficient and accurate scheduling practices
Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador
Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and provide best solutions
Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals
Attends meetings and classes as required
Performs all duties safely
Performs all related duties as assigned
Must Have:
- Immediate availability
- Knowledge of end-to-end Technology Sales
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, SaaS, or B2B sales
- Knowledge of Cloud and Cloud Selling
Minimum two (2) years’ experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields.
High School Diploma or equivalent degree required. Degree in business or comparable training and three (3) years of experience preferred.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent communication, organization, and mathematical skills.
Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database.
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to be a team player.
Physical requirements of position:
This position is part-time (25-30 hours per week). The employee must be "drug free" in that he or she may not hold the position and use illegal and/or non-prescribed drugs. Good hearing and vision. Sits for extended periods of time. Some standing, and walking. Uses standard office equipment. Extensive phone use.
